The live in Nanny, Jackie, has come home from her day job to find that the little ones have been sugared up and extra boisterous today. They've left toys, sugar-literally a bag of sugar, candy, toys, rope....ROPE? What does little Johnny plan to do with all this rope? Of course, Nanny Jackie finds out very quickly what he plans to do with the rope when little Johnny ties her to the chair. Then he takes a bandanna and stuffs it in her mouth and uses her scarf as an over the mouth gag to hold it in place. The Nanny struggles and struggles around, but amazingly her crisp satin blouse, pencil skirt and high heels stay in neatly in place. Jackie is tied gratifyingly good and unable to move much, since she is tied to the chair. And, her ultimatums to the little ones fall on deaf ears, because no one can understand a word she is saying with all that mouth packing!
